    Bill , I love your reference. Here is another form almost 50 years ago. If you go back and read Alvin Tofler “Future Shock from 1970’s he predicted this situation. It is what he called information overload in a new media age. This was before the internet but he said “the new media would inhibit the abilities of people to make rationale decisions “.
